Conduct commodity situation analyses for selected commodities.
Collect commodity data to improve the performance of the ABCD portal.
Develop commodity-specific profiles.
Organize commodity platforms for priority commodities.
Extract key actions from monthly Export–Import Think Tank discussions.
Assess the performance of Uganda’s exports to EAC, COMESA, and AfCFTA.
Track MESO-level interventions for NSPSD monitoring and evaluation.
Contribute to mid-term review, end-term evaluation, and development of the third NSPSD.
Deliverables
Databases for selected commodities (clusters, producers, volumes).
Registered and documented commodity clusters.
Management notes and information papers on selected commodities.
Updated ABCD portal with current data.
Monthly EXIM action matrix.
Quarterly progress reports for NDP IV programmes.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Additional relevant qualifications are an added advantage.
