Research Development Officer job at Mildmay Uganda

The position holder will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and securing research funding opportunities for MRCU. This position requires a strong understanding of research principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
Identify and pursue potential funding sources.
Develop compelling research proposals.
Manage grant applications and reporting.
Build relationships with funders and partners.
Analyze grant application data.
MBChB; BSN, B. Stat, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
MPH, MSc. Epidemiology, MMed, or MSc in a relevant field.
Proven experience in research development and grant writing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of research principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, grant management databases).
