Job Description
Carry out field visits as assigned by respective leadership or designated supervisor. The field visits should only result in one of the two outcomes: full recovery of arrears or repossession.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out field visits as assigned by respective leadership or designated supervisor. The field visits should only result in one of the two outcomes: full recovery of arrears or repossession.
- Correctly and completely use the systems in place and update the Communication Logs for every interaction and action held on a given agreement (ERP, Tracking, Microsoft office).
- Correctly profile client cases from investigations done, set and follow through the necessary actions on the systems used until closure.
- Report daily on workload assigned and tasks undertaken.
- Handling Customer, Association and staff queries mainly physically and occasionally over the phone, email and other Company communication channels.
- Educate current customers with information regarding their loans (outstanding dues, installment dates, installment amounts, payment procedures, safety measures, tracker functionality) as well as general information on where to find MOGO in case they need help.
- Actively participate in team meetings and perform any other duties as assigned by respective supervision.
- Support when called upon in emergency situations.
