Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with corporate and individual clients in the Employee Banking segment
- Grow the portfolio of employee banking clients through proactive sales and relationship management
- Understand client financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and solutions
- Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth, and client acquisition targets
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare regular performance and portfolio reports
