Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the school's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware, and software
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
- Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues for staff and students
- Plan and manage IT projects including system upgrades, new technology implementation, and digital learning tools
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement processes
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and business continuity planning
- Support the integration of technology into teaching and learning across the school
- Prepare IT budgets and manage expenditure within approved limits
- Train staff and students on the effective use of IT systems and tools
