Job Description
The Relationship Manager will oversee the growth and development of the diaspora segment, focusing on assets, liabilities, and customer relationship management. This role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, driving product awareness, and ensuring quality service delivery. The Relationship Manager will work to grow the bank's strategic partnerships, analyze market intelligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new customers, processing credit applications, resolving customer queries, and promoting the bank’s products to the diaspora community.

How to Apply
Develop and execute a sales plan to grow the diaspora market share in terms of customer base, assets, liabilities, earnings, and product usage.
Maintain and nurture customer relationships to increase retention and wallet share.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns in international markets with high potential.
Develop strategies to retain and grow strategic partnerships within the diaspora market.
Analyze competitor activities and global market trends to create innovative products for diaspora customers.
Ensure quality service delivery to diaspora clients in line with agreed service level agreements.
Promote product awareness through training programs for bank staff and sales teams.
Maintain a quality diaspora portfolio within the acceptable credit risk exposure.
Onboard additional international money transfer services to enhance the customer journey.
Prepare and maintain management and regulatory reports.
Daily responsibilities include account opening, processing credit applications, resolving customer queries, and marketing for new business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
No prior work experience required.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Ability to manage and grow strategic relationships.
Knowledge of banking products and services for the diaspora community.
