Job Description
Bank of Africa Uganda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager – Transaction Banking to manage and grow the bank's transaction banking portfolio. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, promoting cash management, trade finance, and digital banking products to drive revenue growth for the bank.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional transaction banking clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow transaction banking revenue including cash management, trade finance, and digital banking services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cross-selling.
- Prepare and present customised transaction banking solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, technology) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client portfolio performance and report on key metrics regularly.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Participate in product development initiatives to enhance transaction banking offerings.
