The AIDS Support Organisation (TASO) Uganda Ltd

Job Description

To take record of the clients’ vital signs; prioritize the very sick for emergency/resuscitation in addition to providing nursing care to pediatrics, adolescents and adults in care registered with TASO.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care that meets national, international, and TASO standards.
  • Ensure clients are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Improve clients’ knowledge of HIV/AIDS through education.
  • Draw and implement center medical plans and budgets.
  • Manage Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) procedures.
  • Record vital signs and prioritize emergency/resuscitation cases.
