Job Description
MOGAS Uganda is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Regional Specialties Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s specialty products business across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, developing new markets, and strengthening MOGAS’ presence in the specialties segment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for specialty products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with distributors and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
