Job Description
MOGAS Uganda is seeking a results-driven Lubricants Sales Manager to lead and grow its lubricants business in the Ugandan market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth for the company’s lubricants portfolio.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lubricants across all market segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
- Lead negotiations with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotion.
