Job Description
Sino Minerals Investments Co. Ltd is seeking four highly organized and proactive Regional Administrators to support operations across the North, East, West, and Midwest regions of Uganda. The roles are designed to ensure smooth administrative coordination, compliance, and effective communication between regional field offices and the head office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the regional offices.
- Support and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including community engagement programs, sustainability reporting and local stakeholder relations
- Coordinate communication between field regional teams and head office
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for regional activities.
- Compile and submit regular performance and operational reports to Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and reporting standards
- Liaise with the community,stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Provide general administrative support to regional management
