Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure delivery within budget and achievement of profitability targets. The role ensures compliance with quality and ISO IMS standards while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project budget expenditure.
- Track project costs and support financial reporting.
- Ensure achievement of gross profit targets (≥40%).
- Support delivery of project business results in line with KPIs.
- Maintain documented financial and operational evidence.
- Track and manage project-related compliance incidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Introduce digital tools for project registration, evaluation, and reporting.
- Improve efficiency of long-term project reporting.
- Support initiatives to improve client satisfaction (cNPS).
- Track actions and follow-ups affecting stakeholder experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Support organizational teamwork initiatives.
- Coordinate rollout of KPIs for project staff.
- Support staff performance appraisals.
- Maintain project and HR documentation aligned to ISO IMS standards.
- Support audits through compliant documentation
