How to Apply
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate staff or departments.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage the front desk, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for clients and staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain and manage the reception area, keeping it stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms, etc.).
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s services, policies, or procedures.
Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring availability and proper setup.
Assist in coordinating office supplies and inventory management.
Ensure security procedures are followed by verifying visitor access and issuing visitor passes.
Support other departments as needed with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
