As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in generating property sales for the company. You will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, managing client relationships, organizing property viewings, and providing expert guidance to potential buyers and investors. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, keep abreast of market trends, and deliver persuasive presentations to clients. Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Deep knowledge of the Nairobi property market

  • Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented

  • Ability to build and manage a strong client base
