Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in generating property sales for the company. You will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, managing client relationships, organizing property viewings, and providing expert guidance to potential buyers and investors. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, keep abreast of market trends, and deliver persuasive presentations to clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow within a supportive and ambitious team environment with access to a broad portfolio of high-value properties.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into successful property deals
Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Conduct property viewings and advise buyers and investors
Prepare and deliver effective and professional sales presentations
Stay current with market trends and property valuations
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of successful sales performance
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Deep knowledge of the Nairobi property market
Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented
Ability to build and manage a strong client base
