Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Executive will play a key role in the growth of Home Key Global Investment Limited by identifying potential clients, presenting property solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role demands a proactive approach to customer engagement, market research, and collaboration with internal teams. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through outreach and networking.

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct professional sales presentations highlighting property features and value.

  • Provide clients with tailored property recommendations.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions to meet or exceed set targets.

  • Monitor and stay current with property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.

  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and performance updates.

  • Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in any relevant discipline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
