The Business Development Professional will play a vital role in advancing Stransform’s growth objectives by identifying new opportunities, managing strategic client accounts, and driving deal closures. The ideal candidate will contribute to market research, develop effective proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. They will also be responsible for analyzing business processes and implementing innovative, automated solutions that support operational efficiency and business growth.

How to Apply
Support the development and implementation of strategic business development plans
Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct market and industry research to identify growth opportunities
Draft compelling business proposals, presentations, and other client communications
Drive sales initiatives, negotiate and close contracts to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with project delivery
Maintain accurate and timely reports on business development activities
Manage and engage existing accounts while supporting the acquisition of new clients
Drive monthly deal closures from both existing and new clients
Analyze and innovate current business processes for greater efficiency
Identify and implement automation tools and technology solutions
Design visually appealing and effective presentations using advanced graphic tools

Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
Proven experience in proposal writing, grants, or technical document development
Excellent written and spoken English; strong editorial and presentation skills
Knowledge of donor agencies (e.g., World Bank, AfDB, USAID, DFID) is a plus
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Graphic design and visual presentation competency
Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools and solutions
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace)
