Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. The role entails contacting clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, responding to inquiries, handling objections, and assisting during claims processing. The Sales Executive will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through effective sales execution.

Conduct market research and generate prospective leads.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Understand client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Initiate contact with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Prepare and present insurance proposals and documentation.
Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns efficiently.
Support clients during the claims process to ensure satisfaction.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Deliver high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any discipline.
0–13 years of relevant experience.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Persuasive with effective negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in insurance or sales is an added advantage.
