How to Apply
Key Duties
Receiving, verifying, offloading, and proper storage of Raw materials.
Prepare GRNs for all Raw materials (GRN) in SAP.
Daily Payment tracking for all import payments and reporting on any outstanding payment.
Daily Raw materials and Trading items order situation.
Ensure all imported items are Cleared out of customs and delivered at the factory.
Issuing Raw materials to production as per requisition daily.
Requisition of necessary materials, monitor usage and maintenance.
Regular Stock Reconciliation.
Training of subordinates, supervise and proper work allocation.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting, EACFFPC
Diploma in Customs Clearing, forwarding and shipping Management is the added advantage.
At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.
Customer-service skills
Should be a team player.
Ability to work independently and yet be able to communicate effectively.
Ability to meet deadlines and should be able to work outside normal working hours when deemed necessary
