Position Overview
The Radiographer will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiographic services within IRC-supported health facilities. The role involves conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring radiation safety, maintaining equipment, and working closely with clinical teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

How to Apply
Service Planning & Reporting
Develop and submit radiographic work plans and budgets.
Prepare periodic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Imaging Services
Prepare patients for radiographic procedures.
Conduct X-ray and other radiographic imaging as prescribed.
Analyze and share radiology findings with clinicians to support treatment decisions.
Recommend referrals for specialized imaging when necessary.
Safety & Quality Assurance
Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed for patients and staff.
Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment for optimal performance.
Monitor and manage radiographic supplies and sundries.
Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.
Education: Diploma in Medical Radiography from a recognized institution.
Licensing: Must be registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council and hold a valid practicing license.
Experience & Skills:
Proficiency in radiographic techniques and equipment handling.
Strong ability to organize and coordinate radiographic services.
Excellent communication and counseling skills with patients.
High standards in recordkeeping and data management.
Competency in digital imaging systems and radiography software tools.
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and professional integrity.
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver under pressure.
