Position Overview

The Radiographer will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiographic services within IRC-supported health facilities. The role involves conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring radiation safety, maintaining equipment, and working closely with clinical teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

How to Apply

  • Service Planning & Reporting

    • Develop and submit radiographic work plans and budgets.

    • Prepare periodic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Imaging Services

    • Prepare patients for radiographic procedures.

    • Conduct X-ray and other radiographic imaging as prescribed.

    • Analyze and share radiology findings with clinicians to support treatment decisions.

    • Recommend referrals for specialized imaging when necessary.

  • Safety & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed for patients and staff.

    • Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment for optimal performance.

    • Monitor and manage radiographic supplies and sundries.

    • Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.

  • Education: Diploma in Medical Radiography from a recognized institution.

  • Licensing: Must be registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council and hold a valid practicing license.

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Proficiency in radiographic techniques and equipment handling.

    • Strong ability to organize and coordinate radiographic services.

    • Excellent communication and counseling skills with patients.

    • High standards in recordkeeping and data management.

    • Competency in digital imaging systems and radiography software tools.

    • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and professional integrity.

    • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver under pressure.
