About the Organisation
Biyinzika was founded in 1990 as a poultry breeder farm and has grown steadily over the years to establish itself as one of the best- known brands in the Ugandan poultry industry.
We are now the leading supplier of day-old chicks and poultry feeds in the country.
We have recently started producing other livestock feeds such as dairy and pig feeds.
A commercial broiler farm was set up in 2016 which is now in full production.

Job Description
Inspecting the live birds before slaughter and rejecting any that are diseased, injured or unfit for human consumption.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inspecting the live birds before slaughter and rejecting any that are diseased, injured or unfit for human consumption.
Monitoring the slaughtering process and ensuring that the equipment, tools and premises are clean and sanitized.
Checking the carcasses, organs and cuts of meat for any defects, contamination or spoilage.
Taking samples of meat and sending them to the laboratory for testing.
Recording and reporting any quality issues, non-conformities or deviations from the specifications.
Following the quality control procedures and guidelines of the company and the relevant authorities.
