Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of products and processes
- Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
- Prepare and analyse quality reports and metrics for management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company quality standards
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures
- Monitor and document quality performance across departments
