Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Projects and Compliance, the QHSE Manager plays a strategic and operational leadership role. The position involves designing and enforcing policies to ensure a safe working environment, environmental sustainability, and consistent quality in operations. The Manager will oversee risk assessments, compliance audits, training programs, and incident investigations while preparing QHSE reports to guide organizational decision-making.

How to Apply
Develop and implement a QHSE strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Create and update QHSE policies and ensure they are well communicated and adhered to.
Deliver regular training to staff on QHSE practices and awareness.
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor local and international QHSE compliance requirements and ensure adherence.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate QHSE performance.
Develop and maintain emergency response procedures; conduct regular simulations and drills.
Submit QHSE reports (weekly, monthly, and annual) to management and relevant authorities.
Collect and analyze data related to safety metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar QHSE role within the Oil & Gas industry.
Deep understanding of local, regional, and international QHSE standards and compliance frameworks.
Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams and operations.
