Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Print, prepare, and organise participant files and source documents for use by the clinical team
- Conduct daily quality control (QC) reviews of source documents, CRFs, informed consent forms, and other study records for completeness and accuracy
- Review source documents to ensure all study procedures are documented within protocol-specified timelines
- Ensure completed documents are properly filed and securely stored
- Work with clinical team and data management officer to review, resolve, and complete data queries
- Track protocol deviations, quality findings, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Support internal quality audits, sponsor monitoring visits, and regulatory inspections
- Assist in developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with GCP guidelines
