Job Description
The lobby attendant is a professional responsible for ensuring the public area of a hotel or other building is clean, organized, and welcoming. They are typically the first point of contact for guests and visitors, and as such, they must be friendly and courteous at all times.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas
- Ensure floors, furniture, and fixtures are spotless
- Monitor and restock public washroom supplies
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Assist guests courteously when approached
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
