Job Description
The steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, ensuring that tables are set and cleared in a timely manner, and attending to the needs of customers. On the other hand, the dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment used in the kitchen
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Clean kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas
- Dispose of waste according to hygiene standards
- Assist chefs with basic support tasks when required
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and food preparation areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
