Job Description
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned, organized, and replenished with the necessary amenities. The job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and amenities
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
