Job Description
This is a dynamic role with significant responsibility, covering corporate communications, property and leasing marketing, retail centre activations, digital content development, and tenant engagement.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial properties and support leasing efforts
- Manage corporate communications and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Plan and execute retail centre activations, events, and promotional campaigns
- Create and manage digital marketing content across social media, websites, and email platforms
- Support tenant engagement initiatives and coordinate marketing activities with tenants
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, property presentations, and advertising campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and provide reports on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to support property launches, leasing drives, and brand initiatives
