Job Description
The Project Modification Engineer will be managed by the Maintenance & Inspection Methods Engineer and will be responsible for management of change workflow during the operations period. The role serves as the focal point for technical study requests, master data updates, and preparation of scope of work for validated projects/modifications. The role requires travel to remote sites to coordinate preparation, implementation, commissioning, and handover.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project elements including engineering, design, quality planning, modifications, installation, and commissioning.
- Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects or modifications within budget and schedule.
- Plan project requirements and resources, including sourcing of subcontract elements.
- Ensure modification request workflows consider potential project risks and corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage project schedules and progress reports.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve project-related problems.
- Liaise and communicate with departments, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with H3SE policy during project execution.
- Maintain control of all project documentation and EACOP change modification records.
- Prepare TORs and BOQs for procurement of contractors and consultants.
- Manage engineering service contractors and support EACOP technical master database.
