Job Description
The Senior (LV/HV) Certified Electrical Technician will be responsible for electrical maintenance and inspection activities within an assigned perimeter (PS1, PS4, or PS5), supported by the back-office Electrical Engineer. The role requires travel to remote sites and covers a wide range of EACOP electrical equipment from VFD motor-driven pump packages to HV switchgear and marine loading systems.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day operations and maintenance of standby generators, UPS, BESS, grid supply, and solar systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical systems including MV and LV equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment within the assigned perimeter.
- Maintain records of equipment maintenance history and performance.
- Ensure compliance with H3SE policies and safe working practices.
- Travel to remote pipeline sites as required to execute maintenance activities.
- Support commissioning and inspection activities within the assigned area.
