Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Track all ongoing projects via Project Management software
- Update all ongoing projects and project submissions on HubSpot
- Ensure smooth communication with clients for all project implementation
- Follow up on outstanding tasks during project implementation period
- Track project costs to meet budget requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates consistently to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating deliverables
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
