Plan, manage, and supervise all project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Develop project work plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor performance against them.

Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.

Ensure compliance with contract conditions, technical specifications, and approved drawings.

Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and manage variations and claims.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all sites.

Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Prepare and submit progress reports, financial reports, and project documentation.

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.

Lead project meetings and provide technical and managerial guidance to site teams.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
