Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws, regulations, and company policies.

Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.

Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training for workers and subcontractors.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare incident reports.

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site.

Maintain health and safety records, registers, and reports.

Liaise with site management, regulators, and other stakeholders on safety matters.

Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
