The Project Administrator will assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of real estate projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. The role involves maintaining documentation, managing communications, organizing project meetings, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting procurement and budget tracking. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving project management practices and processes.

How to Apply
Assist in project planning and coordination to ensure timely execution
Maintain and update project documentation (plans, schedules, reports)
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics
Manage internal and external project communications
Create and manage project files and databases using relevant software
Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets
Identify and escalate risks or delays
Support procurement processes for project goods and services
Help improve project management systems and methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
PMP Certification (preferred)
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Time management and ability to prioritize
Problem-solving and adaptability
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
