Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Program Producer to conceptualize, plan, and deliver high-quality television content that informs, entertains, and generates revenue. This role is crucial in maintaining the visual and editorial quality of our programming while ensuring production aligns with both internal standards and client expectations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop original programme ideas, create storyboards, and write scripts for broadcast and client projects.
Define the visual presentation and branding of assigned shows in line with the program concept and guidelines.
Plan and coordinate production schedules with crew and clients, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure raw footage meets the desired creative and technical standards.
Supervise and guide creative and technical teams through pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
Manage and track production budgets for assigned programs.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
A Diploma in TV Production is a strong added advantage.
Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in TV production, with a focus on conceptualization, scripting, and program delivery.
Core Competencies
Strong storytelling skills, particularly in documentary and reality TV formats.
Broad awareness of local, regional, and global issues.
Excellent attention to detail, spelling, grammar, and visual presentation.
Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proficient in digital media workflows and production software.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
