Job Description
As a Professional Chef, you will take a lead role in food preparation and presentation. You will collaborate closely with the Manager and supervisor to execute a wide range of culinary duties, from taking and preparing orders to serving specialty dishes. The role requires culinary excellence, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset. Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas will also be key to this position.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals, including specialty dishes, according to customer orders
Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service
Verify customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly
Process customer payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counters, and dining areas
Clear and transport used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning
Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Post-secondary diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

Demonstrated integrity, patience, and flexibility in high-pressure environments
