Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day yoghurt production to ensure top-notch quality.
Manage compliance with food safety, HACCP, and QMS standards.
Supervise production staff and ensure hygiene, efficiency, and zero wastage.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation in production processes.
