Implementing procurement policies: Ensure MJAP's procurement guidelines are followed, in line with national law.
Supporting technical specifications: Provide assistance to departments in developing detailed purchase requests.
Managing procurement cycles: Oversee the consolidation of annual procurement plans and maintain an updated procurement tracker.
Preparing tender documents: Manage the preparation of bidding documents, inviting bidders, and handling bid evaluations.
Contract management: Assist in negotiations and manage the documentation for contracts.
Vendor management: Maintain records and ensure vendors are paid on time.
