Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing procurement cycles: Oversee the consolidation of annual procurement plans and maintain an updated procurement tracker.

  • Preparing tender documents: Manage the preparation of bidding documents, inviting bidders, and handling bid evaluations.

  • Contract management: Assist in negotiations and manage the documentation for contracts.
