Job Description
The Pre-Sales Manager (Imaging) will be responsible for driving the sales of imaging solutions, providing technical support during the pre-sales process, and ensuring clients receive expert guidance on product selection and deployment. The role involves working closely with sales teams, clients, and technical staff to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during pre-sales engagements.
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations, presentations, and client proposals.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate imaging solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xerox Proficio PX300/PX500 and equivalent imaging products.
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure smooth product deployment.
- Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
- Assist in training sales staff on product features and benefits.
