Job Description
Tembo Steels is hiring a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Lugazi, Uganda.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of company materials to clients. This includes supervising loading/offloading, verifying delivery documentation, and reporting any discrepancies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise loading and offloading of materials to ensure safety and accuracy
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation
- Ensure timely dispatch of products to customers
- Monitor and report discrepancies or damages during dispatch
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse, transport, and sales teams
