Job Summary:
The Organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Poetry Coordinator to support the Poetry Skilling and Training program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of the program, managing participant onboarding and profiles, tracking budget expenditures, and collecting data.

How to Apply
Programme Implementation:
Ensure the Poetry Skilling and Training program is implemented according to plan.
Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.
Participants Onboarding and Management:
Onboard participants to the program, ensuring they have a smooth transition.
Manage participant profiles, including tracking progress, attendance, and feedback.
Budget Management:
Track and manage budget expenditures for the program, ensuring financial sustainability.
Prepare and submit financial reports to the Program Manager.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data on program participants, including demographics, progress, and outcomes.
Use data to inform program improvements and report on program impact.
Poetry Programme Development:
Support the development of Poetry curricula and materials.
Collaborate with trainers and mentors to ensure programme content is relevant and effective.

Diploma or degree in literature, creative writing or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, poetry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of poetry, literature, and creative writing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with youth or vulnerable groups.
Familiarity with Ugandan literature and poetry industry trends.
Published poetry or creative writing experience.
