Job Description
The successful candidate will manage the parts department of a multi-franchise automotive business, focusing on daily operations such as inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include growing parts sales, developing and implementing business action plans, training staff, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Chinese automotive brands, strong business development acumen, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory, ordering, and storage.
Assist customers and service staff with correct parts sourcing and special orders.
Monitor and grow parts sales, profitability, and expense management.
Compile and implement business action plans and marketing initiatives.
Supervise, train, and evaluate parts staff.
Maintain accurate records and manage supplier/vendor relationships.
Stay updated on product lines, industry trends, and technical developments.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
