Your Role: Partnership Sales Manager
As a key member of our global Partnership Sales team (200+ strong), you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnership deals with building owners and property developers to expand the IWG footprint in Uganda.

How to Apply
Identify and pitch partnership opportunities across various commercial property types.
Negotiate and secure high-value agreements (ranging from £250K to £1M+) to launch new IWG-branded centres.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads, managing deals from initial contact through to contract signature.
Present compelling business cases to prospective partners, tailoring solutions to meet their commercial needs.
Leverage your network to expand IWG’s reach and unlock new growth markets.
Deliver results in line with ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.
About You
Proven success in B2B sales or commercial real estate, particularly in high-value deal-making.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and strong business acumen.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in your local language and proficient in English.
Relentless drive to meet and exceed targets, with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
Adaptability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
