Salary (UGX): 1.3M + Commissions
Hello! We’re looking for a self-driven Partnership Manager to drive Neexa’s new Affiliate Program at https://neexa.co/affiliate-program. In this role, you’ll play a key role in our mission of simplifying sales growth for businesses globally through automation. You’ll recruit and support Affiliate partners, who want to help more businesses benefit from Neexa’s solutions through their networks and influence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research and identify top affiliate partners.
Onboard affiliates who share our mission.
Work with affiliates to drive success and meet program goals.
Provide ongoing support and resources to affiliates
Use CRM tools and strategies to streamline recruitment and support.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
B2B sales or Partnerships experience with strong relationship-building skills.

Have above average knowledge about AI and use it Often.
