Job Description

The selected candidates will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing high-quality pre-hospital medical care, transporting patients safely, and ensuring all emergency equipment is in optimal working condition. This role requires a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic and sometimes remote environments. The role is based in Kampala but supports operations across all branches and subsidiaries in and outside Uganda.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (mandatory).

  • Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), or ITLS (International Trauma Life Support) is an added advantage.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a busy hospital setting.

  • Strong emergency response and clinical skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
