Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Track and coordinate the issuance and collection of loans, ensuring that disbursement and recovery targets are met.
Ensure compliance with loan requirements in collaboration with the Loans Committee and oversee the accurate uploading of loan documents into the system.
Coordinate accounts and audit-related activities in collaboration with the audit firm, addressing any arising issues promptly.
Supervise branch operations to ensure the achievement of loan disbursement and collection objectives.
Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and appraisals for both the head office and branches, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Coordinate board activities, prepare board reports, and monitor the implementation of resolutions and action points.
Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the organization’s operational efficiency.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, loan tracking, or related roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
