Job Summary: The Operation Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the country head by overseeing, managing, monitoring reviewing daily business operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Management:
Oversee and coordinate various departments and functions for day-to-day operations and outputs
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in all operational areas by driving execution.
Monitor and analyze the current system of production or provision to check its effectiveness and work out a strategy for improvements if necessary.
Ensure Production and Dispatch planning and closely monitored for effective implementation.
Drive various strategies for Optimum efficiencies of various functions.
Reporting and Data Analysis.
Responsible for various reports and MIS related to production, projects, Finance, Procurement, profitability, and ROCE.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for executive review, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Utilize software tools to analyze data trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Conduct Business and Market analysis for various product lines and give recommendations
Prepare Financial Modelling & Business Plan for existing and upcoming products/Projects.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets and forecasts.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
Work closely with finance and other teams to conclude yearly and monthly budgets.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Implement and maintain a robust risk management framework.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
Prepare operational reports and management reports.
Develop and implement plans for operational processes in order to meet organizational goals.
Stakeholder Management
Support teams in handling critical challenges
Coordinate with Head office and persons responsible for various activities
Work with various Trade, Finance, Government, Multilateral agencies/institutions

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management /Engineering/ Mechanical / Food technology/Agri Science) & M.B.A. (Preferably Finance).
Work Experience: 8 Years proven experience as an operations manager or in a similar role a busy reputable company.
Desired profile
Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics.
Experience with budget and financial management.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Interpersonal skills
