Job Description
Casino Simba – Garden City is seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Casino Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of its online gaming platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online casino activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing player engagement, and achieving revenue and performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online casino platform.
- Monitor online gaming performance, player activity, and revenue to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze reports and gaming data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal policies, and responsible gaming standards.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth platform operation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase player engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Monitor system functionality and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of online casino operations.
- Maintain strong customer experience standards and handle escalated player issues when required.
- Perform any other duties related to online casino management as assigned.
