Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist (Rentals) will be responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding process for tenants moving to IGrow from other rental agencies. The role includes managing documentation, data entry, stakeholder communications, and maintaining up-to-date records. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication. This role ensures tenant transitions are handled efficiently and professionally, fostering trust and satisfaction with new clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Administer the tenant onboarding process from start to finish
Receive, verify, and record all required documentation in the system
Ensure timely receipt and ongoing accuracy of all necessary information
Communicate weekly updates and address concerns with stakeholders
Maintain accurate digital records within the CRM or property management system
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients throughout the process
Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth transitions
Address onboarding issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12)
Experience and Skills:
Previous working experience in the property industry (essential)
Proficiency in data entry and CRM/property management systems
Strong administrative and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
