Job Description
Kakira Sugar Limited is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to manage sugar sales and distribution in an allocated territory. The role is responsible for confirming bank deposits, raising invoices through SAP, maintaining stock ledgers, and attaining more than 50% market share in the assigned territory.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Confirm deposits in respective bank accounts before delivering sugar.
- Adhere to the company's safety, health, and environment policy.
- Raise the BR/Invoice/Delivery through SAP after payment has been posted.
- Send the daily Excel report showing sales and stocks to Kampala and Kakira offices to respective supervisors.
- Obtain the second approval in time for processing sales.
- Attain more than 50% market share in your allocated territory.
- Maintain the stock ledger manually, which should conform to SAP records.
