Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Head-ICT in developing and executing the ICT strategy, focusing on infrastructure design and maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Management Systems, including computer devices, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Prepare and submit ICT reports (cost-benefit analysis, system integrity, uptime reports) to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Governance, Risk, Audit, and Compliance requirements through strict adherence to recommendations.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting support for end users, hardware, software, telephony, and networks.
- Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, repair services, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage computer hardware/software installations, upgrades, IT asset tracking, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement and enforce disaster recovery plans and IT security based on industry best practices.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, websites, online services, and cloud service updates.
- Supervise direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and career path planning.
